How can I create a local mirror of Solus repo

Here in Cuba getting an Internet connections is very troublesome, most of us only have Internet at work, with that in mind, should I wanted to install Solus at home I would need a local repo. I’m currently using Mint 17.3 and I use debmirror/rsync for that purpose, is there a hostname providing rsync daemon?

Ok, I found that Rochester Institute of Technology has a solus repo as well as solus ISO installer. Thanks to this amazing place for having a rsync daemon active.

rsync -avzh --stats --progress --delete-after rsync://mirrors.rit.edu/solus/packages/shannon/ /opt/solus/shannon/
