Always remember and understand that in order to lose fat fast, you are going to have to understand and practice all of the basic core principles of a healthy lifestyle if you expect to see results. What are these basic core principles? Simply put, proper nutrition (protein, complex carbs, healthy fats such as monounsaturated and Omega Fatty Acids, fiber, and foods rich in vitamins and minerals), drink plenty of water daily (I recommend for you to drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of water daily), get plenty of sleep every night (7-8 hours of rest every night is ideal), and of course...exercise.
