About: K Shred Do not overstrain yourself when exercising. This is equally important. Many people feel that the more they exercise, the more weight they will lose. This is only true to a certain extent. When we over exercise, we will end up exhausted and be prone o damaging our bodies. Additionally, we will be too tired to stick to a regular routine.
