I’ve been using Solus for a few days without problem and then I can’t install anything or even update:

$ sudo eopkg update-repo

Updating repository: Solus

Program terminated.

Could not fetch destination file "https://mirrors.rit.edu/solus/packages/shannon/eopkg-index.xml.xz.sha1sum": [Errno 16] error opening local file from https://mirrors.rit.edu/solus/packages/shannon/eopkg-index.xml.xz.sha1sum, IOError: [Errno 28] No space left on device: '/var/lib/eopkg/index/Solus/eopkg-index.xml.xz.sha1sum.part'

To fix this I add to:

  1. move my docker directory `/var/lib/docker` (careful contains all your images) to a different partition (`/home/me/docker`).
  2. update the docker’s daemon config (`/etc/docker/daemon.json`):
{

"data-root": "/home/me/docker"

}
